Support and Privacy Policy

Review account access, privacy, billing, and refund or cancellation terms before using premium access.

Account Access

Recover account access directly from the sign-in page.

If you lose access to your account, use the password reset flow first. Your saved dashboard remains tied to your account and can be restored after you sign in again.

Refund and Cancellation

Email support within 3 calendar days to request a refund or cancel paid access.

If you want a refund or need to cancel your paid access, email support within 3 calendar days of the original payment. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method and access is canceled.

  • Email support first before opening a dispute or chargeback.
  • Include the purchase email and payment date in your message.
  • Bank and card processing times vary after approval.

Privacy

Your uploaded CSV stays attached to your account.

CSV exports you upload are stored so ProliStats can restore your dashboard on future visits. The app reads earnings, timing, and status data from the file to render your analytics.

  • Uploaded files are used to power your dashboard experience.
  • We do not present your uploaded data publicly.
  • Do not upload files you do not want stored with your account.

Billing

Premium is sold as one yearly access payment.

ProliStats currently sells premium access as a one-time yearly payment. This plan is not billed as a recurring subscription.

  • Premium unlocks advanced analytics and dashboard sections.
  • Free users can still upload and keep their CSV-backed dashboard.
  • Stripe powers payment processing and receipts.
